Travel to Ibiza
We’re so excited you’re joining us in Ibiza. Below you’ll find everything you need to plan your trip, from flights and airports to how to get to the venue.
Arrival Dates
Plan to arrive on Sept 22 and depart on Sept 27 for the full experience.
We recommend arriving at least two days early to settle in and ease into the weekend. Get an IV, take a yoga class, lay by the pool. Do whatever you need to recover from travel. The fun ahead deserves your best self.
Flying to Ibiza (IBZ)
You will fly into the island's main airport, Ibiza (IBZ). There are frequent seasonal flights from major European cities and connecting flights from the US.
If you are coming from Mallorca, there is a ferry option but we recommend taking a flight instead. Its quick, easy, and typically cheaper.
Where to Stay
Ibiza has a wide range of hotels, fincas and villas. We recommend staying within ~20 minutes of Fincadelica for a few days of your trip so it’s easy to get to and from the events.

These areas offer a mix of boutique hotels, design-forward fincas and villas for groups. If you’re traveling with friends or family, consider sharing a villa.
Booking Tips
September is a popular time in Ibiza, so we recommend booking as early as you can.
If booking a villa, use a trusted site like Airbnb or Vrbo. If you are looking for a luxury option, we are happy to connect you with our concierge.
Many rentals require a week long stay to book. We suggest looking at hotels if you plan to spend less time on the island.
If you are planning to stay on the island longer, we encourage you to check out the west coast. Its absolutely gorgeous and has the best sunsets! Stay at Petunia for incredible views of Es Vedrà & access to private beaches (fun fact, this was our #2 venue option)

Recommended Hotels

Getting Around
Once you arrive, there are a few easy ways to get around Ibiza and to Fincadelica.
Taxis & Transfers
Taxis are available from the airport and around the island. Those who choose to stay at a Villa or hotel in a different area must arrange a ride to the designated pickup location on the wedding day.
Uber is *supposed* to work on the island but can be unreliable. Use a local taxi app like Taxi Click or arrange private transfer in advance.
Car Rental
For the most flexibility, we recommend renting a car from Ibiza Airport. This makes it easy to explore the island and get to and from the venue on your own schedule.
We recommend renting through Sixt or another major rental company. Rates start at about $100/day and cars are limited so book ahead!
